Everyone learns about the same future lifestyle. That is an old trend.
We are all born to learn the path of our lives before discovering it ourselves. Graduate high school, attend a college, earn your degree, start your career, get married, have a family, work your entire life, then retire. That’s it. Don’t look into achieving your goals and dreams; that is too risky. But if you like me, there is more to it in life than a job and retirement.
Having a family has always been my dream, and I’m proud I have that, but my career path is different. I have goals and ambitions to win in another way than my family’s tradition. So, I reinvent myself, and you may want to do the same.
The risk may be worth it, and you want to reinvent your ambition.
Revising your goals and ambition to win will require planning, goal setting, commitment, consistency, and positive thinking. For example, if you are tired of the life situation you are in right now, things don’t seem reasonable, and you know it can be better. You may be in a job you can’t stand, or they don’t pay enough. Then it’s time to put a plan into action and take some risks.
There are so many successful influencers that I’ve met, and they have taken risks to reinvent themselves to secure their family’s future, get out of debt, and become successful, all from taking risks to achieving their goal of winning.
Learning a lot from them, reading books like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, and taking action myself, I would love to share 5 tips to reinvent your ambition and win.
Tip number one. Set a Goal.
Set a goal, write it, and plan it out. For instance, research the state, town, or city you want to move into if you want to move away from your hometown. Google is great for all sorts of resources. Examining the demographics, nationalities, school ratings, and crime rates would be best.
This is very important, especially if you need to learn about this new area. Many people are looking to get up and risk it all for the chance to live a new and different experience.
When my family and I moved from Penndel, Pennsylvania, to Braselton, Georgia, the plan started with the best schools in a new town and state. Since my husband and I have two kids, I started finding the best schools. The plan was to look for the best schools in a good neighborhood and then the distance from the city of Atlanta for work.

Tip number two! Make a Commitment.
The goal you set requires a commitment and a lot of dedication. It’s not easy, but it is worth it. If you are unemployed, you will be committed daily to finding a job to pay your bills. The landlord is dedicated to sending you that monthly bill, so you should do the same.
Some people are so dedicated to their job that they are not dedicated to themselves. They go to the same daily routine without purpose or meaning and hit the snooze button to have enough time to get to work. That’s committed to the job and not yourself.
If you have plans to do more in your life, you need to find your purpose, write your goals down and plan for a better you. It may be your health you want to change, well, change your diet. It could be your finances you want to change, then increase your income. You can redirect your future with the commitment you make now.
Tip number three. Connect with the Right People.
When you surround yourself with people on a higher financial ladder than you are, they can guide you in the right direction. Go to events where the people are having conversations about the future of their goals, business, and finances. The talks are worth note-taking.
With all the noise we hear from friends, family, neighbors, and strangers, focusing on the goal takes a lot of work. So it’s essential to connect with people with the same interests and values as you do. You learn about important things to you, your family, or your career.
I attend events that will be a good choice. The people I met always give valuable tips on how I can market the right way to help my brand and my business as a travel planner. Plus, it’s easy to attend networking events since the world shut down, and now everything is virtual, and Zoom is the new virtual event space.

Tip number four. Track your Progress.
Yes, track your steps with a planner or journal, and know where you are in this process. Since you wrote your plan down, you should be on track and crossing things off the list. The goal was to save more money for a trip, but you realize you must make half the monthly savings budget. Then you need to revisit your bank account and your transactions.
How many times did you swipe your card at the restaurant? How many unnecessary subscriptions was auto debt out of your account? How much do you spend in the grocery store on name-brand items without looking for store brands, sales, or deals?
To win, you have to be willing to lose something. Lose the Netflix subscription and gain knowledge with a monthly book selection of learning materials to help you succeed. Reading resets your mind, keeps you committed and focused on your goals, and shares valuable information.
Tip number five. Be Consistent.
Here is the best tip I heard from every successful millionaire. Be Consistent. You won’t see any results by starting, stopping, or quitting altogether. It would help if you kept your goal consistently, daily, and weekly; you can’t stop when you don’t see anything happening immediately. That’s not fair.
Most people look for a solution to work for them in that moment or two days from when they started, but it doesn’t work that way. When your goal is to lose 10 pounds, and you go to the gym for two weeks, you don’t see results, or you notice you have gained weight instead. So you throw in the towel and get the Ben & Jerry’s out from behind the frozen fruits. Yeah, that will make it worse. To lose weight, you must be consistent and enjoy the process, which cause you to check the scale in a month and notice you lost 20 lbs.
My story of consistently losing weight was my diet and exercise. At first, I said I would stop eating items from the convenience store across the street from my job or the pizza restaurant outside my apartment complex. So many excuses I had with little consistency, low ambition, and no results. Enough was enough; time to focus on the goal and win.
I plan out my routine and set a goal to reach my goal weight. I stopped eating out and started exercising more and using a waist trainer to support my back, helping me sweat more; plus, I started drinking a gallon of water. My goal was achieved with that consistency, and I lost over 103 lbs in 4 years. However, according to my FitBit tracker, I was more consistent with losing weight from November 2020 at 205 lbs to 160 lbs in September 2022. A win for me, my health, and my family.
In the end.
When you are ready for the change in your life, no one, not even God, can make that change unless you set the goal and put in the work. Times get complicated, but you must remember your situation is more complex and will only change if you do. No excuses; you can not blame it on anyone else; the best thing you can do yourself is start and implement your plan. Remember to pray, and God will guide you; you continue to do the work. Reinvent your Ambitions, and Win.
Stay Blessed and Stay Positive.
