Water is excellent with a weight loss plan, so drink more water. Did you know drinking water before every meal will increase weight loss and reduce how much calories you intake? Drinking water before a meal fills the stomach so you will not overeat, and you will get full quickly.

Also, drinking water has many benefits. According to Harvard, drinking water carries nutrients and oxygen to your cells, flushes bacteria from your bladder, normalizes blood pressure, and more. If you want clear skin, drinking more water positively impacts your skin’s appearance and maintains the skin’s hydration levels.

The amount of water to drink depends on your daily activities; however, a gallon of water is a recommendation. Be sure to check with your doctor for the best advice. Amazon has a Motivational BPA Free Leakproof Water Bottle to help keep track of your daily water intake and track the time.

Plan Your Day with a Healthier Diet

Of course, what you eat affects your health and weight loss. If you choose to eat at fast food restaurant, then the success of your weight loss journey will fail. Fast food is high in sodium and grease and is not fresh. Dining at other restaurants is a challenge when on a diet. Choosing healthier options like grilled, vegetarian meals or salads with no bread.

Choosing a vegan or pescetarian diet can increase your weight loss goal because you must eat more vegetables, fruits, wheat, and grains. Fish is a good source of food, but not fried fish. Stay away from greasy fried foods and watch the amount of carbs you eat.

Cutting out dairy products can help you lose stomach bloating and extra stubborn pounds. So lay off the Pizza and Ice Cream. It will do you good.

Sugar, sweets, cakes, donuts, ice cream, etc., all the tasty treats are the worst for anyone trying to lose weight. Sugar is the most dangerous food for your health: bloating, weight gain, diabetes, skin issues, and more. What you put in your body shows on the outside of you.

I’m obsessed with chocolate and would eat it all day, every day. However, I limit the amount of sugar daily, and my body will let me know when I consume too much sugar.

Before food shopping, here’s a quick tip: have a list of healthy foods for meals, snacks and a budget. Use Pinterest to find healthy recipes. So next time you go into the store, the bakery, chips, and sodas that are on sale, go past that, don’t even add it to your cart. If it’s not on your list, it’s not in your budget.

Plan to Walk More

Walking is an excellent exercise for anyone. You can walk for fifteen minutes or an hour 3 days a week or daily. Walk in the mornings before you start your day, or walk in the evenings to help burn calories. Of course, the more you walk and sweat, the better, but I tell everyone to take their time if you’re not used to it.

The best way to start moving is to walk to the local store, especially when the store is close to your home, and you are only getting a few items. Why drive when you can walk and burn calories? Think about how you were as a kid, walking everywhere and having fun—time to do that again. Try parking further away from the building to get more daily steps.

Here’s a tip on one of the ways to lose weight. While walking or exercising, I use a waist trainer cincher and a sauna suit workout sweat body shaper to help burn fat and sweat more. Also, use a FitBit to keep track of your steps, calories burned, and water intake. Use Fitbit as motivation for your weight loss journey and to remain inspired.

Plan & Stay Motivated

Finally, stay motivated. No matter how busy we are with our kids, husbands, work, and life, we must remain focused on the goal. Achieving that weight loss goal is challenging, but once you stop making excuses and create small steps toward your plans, you will begin to see the difference and feel better.

Whether it’s 5 or 100 lbs., you will stay on top of your health and weight once you hit your goal. Don’t give up; keep going, lose weight, and add more years to your life.

Do you need to have something nearby to keep you motivated and inspired? Have pictures of a dress or bikini you would like to wear with the body you want. Or, need to be more dramatic, put up notes on the refrigerator about heart disease or diabetes. The more you stay aware, the more you focus on the goal.
